In the healthcare industry, data tells a powerful story—but too often, the voices and experiences of women of color remain underrepresented in the narrative. Leveraging data to spotlight the realities of the healthcare workforce, this program seeks to bridge the gap by addressing the systemic barriers, challenges, and opportunities faced by women of color.

Through evidence-based insights and open dialogue, this program offers:
