We are excited to share that our HBA Central New Jersey Chapter (CNJ) has joined a prestigious group of colleagues as we were chosen as the 2024 HBA Global Leadership Awardee for Chapter Excellence.
This distinguished award celebrates chapters that have demonstrated exceptional performance in the chapter’s operations. In 2024, HBA CNJ demonstrated membership growth and value, provided premier programming, exceeded last year’s financial performance, and achieved strategic goals that surpassed HBA standards.
We accomplished this by delivering top-tier, highly attended events that tackled the industry's trending topics, featured C-suite leaders, and discussed career advancement. This unwavering commitment to quality elevated our chapter’s reputation by offering valuable professional development opportunities to our members while making a meaningful impact on the HBA community.
Additionally, to keep up with the needs of our chapter’s members and volunteers, we implemented multiple new programs and benefits including leadership development initiatives, new member and volunteer onboarding and training, a chapter town hall with an open forum for communication and feedback, and much more.
The HBA CNJ Board extends our heartfelt thanks to the HBA for recognizing our chapter's achievements as we take immense pride in reaching our goals. We are honored that this success showcases our unwavering leadership and commitment to advancing women’s careers and shaping future leaders in the healthcare industry.
