Over the past three years, we continue to face the lingering challenges of the post-COVID era, affecting both women and men. One persistent issue that women encounter is the rise of hybrid workplaces, which poses unique obstacles. Recognizing the importance of fostering an inclusive culture, organizations must develop leadership programs that empower mid-career female talents, regardless of their work location. At Roche, I am proud to be part of a committed team of HBA volunteers who actively address these challenges through the introduction of the #HBAAmbassadorProgram.
