I am proud to champion the HBA Europe Region's Gender Pay Gap Report with Aon. The report's findings offer valuable insights into how we are tracking within the healthcare and life sciences industry, because if you don't know where you stand, how do you know if you are impacting a positive change?

I have known Laura [Coyle] for several years and we have bonded over our mutual passions, not only for gender parity but also for Japanese food and cocktails. During one of these evenings, I was blown away by her story on how she impacted gender parity at Lundbeck UK and I am delighted that she agreed to share her learnings with our community.
