The HBA Think Tank Solutions Summits are premier events focused on driving action to address systemic barriers facing women in healthcare.
This summit’s theme, Amplifying Women of Color in Healthcare, will feature exclusive data insights, expert panel discussions, and collaborative conversations to create meaningful solutions.
This event is designed for senior leaders, DEI and HR professionals, healthcare executives, researchers, and decision-makers committed to advancing women in healthcare through data-driven strategies and action.

*Please note that there is a private, Think Tank members-only event taking place on March 19, 2025. This event is invite-only.

- SEPTA Broad Street Line: iNest is three stops from Temple’s main campus and eight stops from City Hall (Center City).

We understand that plans may change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy for the HBA Think Tank Solutions Summit to ensure clarity and fairness for all attendees.
Cancellation Deadlines & Refunds
- Cancellations received on or before March 1, 2025: Eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellations received after March 1, 2025: No refunds will be issued.
Transfer of Registration
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your registration to another eligible colleague within your organization at no additional cost. Transfers must be requested in writing no later than March 10, 2025 by emailing thinktank@hbanet.org.
Event Modifications & Cancellations
The HBA reserves the right to modify the event schedule, format, or speakers if necessary. In the unlikely event that the Summit is canceled by HBA, registered attendees will be offered a full refund or the option to apply their registration fee toward a future HBA Think Tank event.
