The HBA at Davos 2025

The HBA at Davos 2025: Transforming Healthcare Through Innovation and Leadership

For the second consecutive year, the HBA is proud to participate in the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. In partnership with the Female Quotient, the HBA has curated four dynamic panels featuring global healthcare leaders, trailblazers, and innovators. These panels will tackle some of the most pressing issues in healthcare today, from advancing women’s health and addressing systemic inequities to leveraging data and innovation for transformative impact.

This year, the conversations will be anchored by groundbreaking insights from two global healthcare surveys conducted by the HBA Think Tank in collaboration with FemTechnology. The survey results, which examine workplace productivity, physician perspectives, and the gaps in sex- and gender-specific healthcare, will be unveiled on the first day of Davos. These findings will serve as the foundation for each panel discussion, sparking conversations that bridge data-driven insights with actionable strategies to create a more inclusive and equitable healthcare ecosystem.

Our sincere thanks to each of the panelists and the corporate partner sponsors that made this possible: BMS, Kearney, Novartis, and Roche Genentech.

Join us at the Female Quotient Equality Lounge, Promenade 40, Davos, Switzerland, as we bring together diverse voices and bold ideas to reimagine the future of healthcare. You can also watch the livestream here
