This event is designed for senior leaders, People/Culture/HR professionals, healthcare executives, researchers, and decision-makers committed to advancing women in healthcare through data-driven strategies and action.

Early-bird rates (through 30 April 2025):
- HBA members: $99 USD
- Non-members: $149 USD
Regular rates (through 03 June 2025):
- HBA members: $149 USD
- Non-members: $199 USD

Virtual Event Access & Platform
The summit will be held virtually via Zoom Events, allowing you to join from anywhere in the world.
All registered attendees will receive an email with their unique access link and event details two days before the summit. Please ensure you register with the correct email address to avoid any access issues.
The event will be hosted on Zoom Events. While you can join via a web browser, we recommend downloading the Zoom desktop or mobile app for the best experience.
Yes! The summit will feature interactive breakout sessions, Q&A discussions, and networking opportunities within Zoom Events to foster engagement among attendees.

We understand that plans may change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy for the HBA Think Tank Solutions Summit to ensure clarity and fairness for all attendees.
Cancellation Deadlines & Refunds
- Cancellations received on or before 21 May 2025: Eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellations received after 21 May 2025: No refunds will be issued.
Transfer of Registration
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your registration to another eligible colleague within your organization at no additional cost. Transfers must be requested in writing no later than 30 May 2025 by emailing thinktank@hbanet.org.
Event Modifications & Cancellations
The HBA reserves the right to modify the event schedule, format, or speakers if necessary. In the unlikely event that the Summit is canceled by HBA, registered attendees will be offered a full refund or the option to apply their registration fee toward a future HBA Think Tank event.
