We look forward to honoring the 2025 HBA Rising Stars and Luminaries cohort at the 2025 HBA Woman of the Year celebration on 9 May at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk in Chicago, Illinois.

9 October - Rising Star and Luminary Submissions Open
15 January - Deadline for Rising Star and Luminary Submissions
Late submissions will be accepted until 31 January but will incur a $75 fee per nominee.
12 February - Rising Star and Luminary Information Session
28 February - Rising Star and Luminary Responses due
6 March - Deadline to register for in-person WOTY events
25 March - Public Announcement of Awardees
8 May - Invite-Only Celebrating Rising Stars and Luminaries events in Chicago, Illinois
9 May - Woman of the Year Celebration in Chicago, Illinois
Checklist for Submitters
- Awardee name
- Awardee email address
- Rationale for submission (maximum 300 words)
- Rising Star: Describe how the nominee has demonstrated outstanding performance, a commitment to excellence, and/or valuable contributions to your company's success.
- Luminary: Describe how the nominee has served as an influential leader, been a mentor or sponsored others, and/or helped advance women's careers.
Checklist for Rising Star/Luminary Recipients
