Unlock Your Potential with HBA Mentoring
Mentors have career and/or professional experience and a willingness to listen and participate in a group discussion. Mentors play facilitator roles by providing guidance, offering feedback, and helping others gain insights to further advance their careers.
Mentoring is not only a way to give back—it’s a chance to grow. As a mentor, you’ll:
- Enhance your leadership and coaching skills by guiding mentees through their learning journey.
- Gain fresh perspectives from emerging professionals with new ideas and experiences.
- Expand your professional network and build lasting connections across regions and sectors.
- Contribute to a culture of learning and leadership that strengthens the entire healthcare community.
- Many mentors describe their participation as one of the most rewarding experiences of their careers—an opportunity to reflect, grow, and help shape the future of healthcare leadership.
Examples of mentors from past programs include:
- President of a consulting firm
- Vice President of marketing
- Executive Director of therapeutic area research
- Director of commercial product management
- Patent Attorney
