HBA Global Impact Award
Nominations are now open for the 2027 HBA Global Impact Award, honoring organizations that aren’t just participating in the future of healthcare and life sciences, they are defining it.
What makes this award unique is its holistic focus, recognizing the collective strength of an organization, not just a single program or initiative.
This honor salutes companies integrating leadership development, collaboration, global impact, and purpose-driven action into measurable and sustainable impact.
As HBA celebrates its milestone 50th anniversary in 2027, this year’s awards carry even greater significance—honoring bold, innovative companies that are helping define this pivotal moment in our collective history.
The standard nomination period closes 25 October. A late submission window will be available 26 October–6 November for an additional nominal fee.
To submit a nomination, follow these three steps:
1. Begin the nomination process by paying the $1,000/$1250 submission fee* through the HBA Signature Awards submission page. You may be prompted to sign in to your HBA account or create one.
2. After submitting payment, check your email for a confirmation message containing your link to the Awards Nomination Platform.
3. Follow the link to create an account or sign in to the Awards Nomination Platform. Complete the required fields, upload supporting materials citing specific examples, metrics, and outcomes about how the company has met the award criteria, and respond to the questions below.
- How has your company supported employee and executive leader growth to advance the future talent workforce—through development, mentorship, and retention?
- How does your company use next-generation solutions (AI, digital health platforms, apps or other emerging technologies) to improve both the future talent pipeline and patient outcomes?
- How have your company’s initiatives directly contributed to measurable business performance and improved patient or population health outcomes?
- How has your company advanced shared healthcare goals through global collaboration with either industry partners and/or organizations such as the HBA?
*please note the nomination fee is slightly higher for non-HBA Corporate Partners.
