Meet Véronique René: HBA Paris Chapter Operations Director

Véronique René has been working at Pfizer for 30 years, holding a variety of positions and taking on multiple secondments throughout her career. She currently serves as an Operational Excellence Lead in the Rare Disease field, where she coordinates and manages events, oversees project tracking in compliance tools, ensures adherence to compliance processes, monitors budgets, and provides administrative and logistical support for cross-functional projects.

Since 2022, Véronique has been an active member of the HBA Paris Chapter. She brings her extensive experience to the chapter, developing her network and engaging in discussions on representative leadership leadership and innovation—topics of growing importance across many organizations.

Within the chapter, she is particularly responsible for organizing board events, including board dinners and after-work events, notably the October 2nd, 2025 event, as well as providing logistical support and moderating questions during the October 9th, 2025 webinar, "Assert Your Leadership Through Speaking," alongside other event logistics.
