With a background in Chemical Engineering and Marketing, Pierre Tezier has been a Sales & Marketing professional for over 25 years in B2B fields, with a proven track record of driving revenue and profit growth across various products and services.

He joined Sanofi in 2016 with the goal of developing API sales in Europe and Southeast Asia, embracing new challenges within a company aligned with his values. Entering the healthcare field, which was new to him at the time, gave renewed purpose to his career. Later, seeking to step out of his comfort zone, he transitioned into change management.

As a Change Leader, Pierre’s mission is to challenge the status quo and enhance organizational performance. His work also focuses on guiding people through change in multicultural environments, recognizing that this human aspect is key to success.

This commitment also inspired him to join the HBA, where he brings his energy as an advocate, believing that meaningful change happens when women and men work together to create true representation in the healthcare industry.

Now serving as President of the HBA Paris chapter, Pierre is dedicated to upholding the values of the association alongside his newly-formed, creative team.

On a personal note, Pierre is originally from Southern France, currently resides in Paris, and loves traveling—an opportunity to meet new people and experience new cultures.
