President’s Letter: HBA LA Chapter Reflects on Progress, Looks to the Future

Hello HBA Los Angeles,

I am excited to serve as your HBA Los Angeles Board President for 2025! While it was a difficult start to the year, Angelenos are known for our diversity and resilience, supporting our ability to bring value to our communities. We're looking forward to an impactful and engaging year of programming and community as we celebrate our members and member leaders (volunteers) throughout 2025.

We are fortunate to have an experienced LA Board of talented, passionate individuals who are dedicated to supporting the HBA’s mission of furthering the advancement and impact of women in the business of healthcare.

Our LA Board includes the following individuals:

• Director of Marketing and Communications: Kristin Andreassen (Freenome)

We are also fortunate to work with a terrific Advisory Board of executive men and women based across Los Angeles and a committed group of member leaders serving on committees for Programming, Membership, Marketing, Mentorship, and Corporate Relations.
