Dr. Loddie Foose
A transformational leader, Dr. Loddie Foose has built a career around unlocking powerful outcomes for individuals and organizations. With experience as a former multinational business leader in vaccines and a BCG consultant, she has been a trusted partner to C-suite executives and public health officials worldwide. Loddie’s commitment to leadership and gender equity is evident in her work as:

  • Founder of DocDocFoose, Know Your Worth, and The Imagine Fund – Initiatives focused on strategy, leadership development, and advancing gender, health, and food equity.
  • HBA Global Expansion Leader & Women in Healthcare Give Back Founder – Driving growth for HBA worldwide and spearheading philanthropic efforts to uplift women in healthcare.

Marian Mutch
With over 25 years of global leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and CRO industries, Marian Mutch has successfully led transformative initiatives in quality assurance, IT, and project management. She has a passion for mentoring and fostering inclusive leadership, demonstrated by her contributions to HBA and beyond. Key highlights of her career include:

  • Vice President, Global Quality Office at Fortrea – A strategic leader in enterprise quality systems and process innovation.
  • Dedicated Mentor & Advocate for Women’s Career Advancement – Active in HBA initiatives and a Legacy Leader with the Pass The Torch For Women Foundation, supporting female professionals and college graduates.
