Introducing the Reimagined HBA Think Tank: Leading with Data, Impacting with Purpose
Dear HBA Members and Partners,
We are pleased to announce the launch of the newly reimagined HBA Think Tank. Evolving from our previous Gender Equity Think Tank, this powerful offering takes our commitment to systemic change a step further. With a renewed focus on ‘Leading with data, impacting with purpose,’ the Think Tank equips members and partners with exclusive insights and strategic tools to foster equity and advance women in healthcare.
Our Mission
Our mission is clear: to equip companies with data-driven insights and actionable tools that drive meaningful change and support the advancement of women in healthcare.
What We Do
As the HBA’s research arm, the HBA Think Tank—guided by insights from HBA members —focuses on advancing equity for women in healthcare. We tackle some of the industry’s most pressing challenges through a collaborative and data-driven approach, creating measurable impact across the sector.
Core Focus Areas
Our efforts concentrate on key equity challenges for women in healthcare, including:
- Representation in Leadership: elevating presence and influence at every level
- Amplifying Women of Color: ensuring equity and visibility for all women
- Health & Wellness in the Workplace: fostering environments that support well-being
- Financial Acumen for Career Growth – Empowering women with critical financial skills
Exclusive Member Benefits
By joining the HBA Think Tank, members and sponsors gain access to unique opportunities:
- Benchmarking & Research – Early access to quarterly surveys, custom reports, and in-depth industry insights
- Thought Leadership & Global Visibility – Opportunities to lead, co-author, and speak on critical issues

Our work has already begun! Our team has just concluded two global surveys: The State of Women’s Health in the Workplace conducted in partnership with FemTechnology, and the other, Women’s Health Physician Survey, conducted in partnership with Roche. We look forward to sharing the results and insights from these surveys in January at the upcoming JP Morgan Health Conference and at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
There are many opportunities to partner with the HBA Think Tank. To learn more, send us an email at thinktank@hbanet.org.
Together, we’re committed to creating a healthcare industry where equity is the standard, not the exception. Join us as we work to foster lasting change for women in healthcare.
