Chapter President
Vicky Case Throughout her career with J&J, Vicky has held roles in medical device, biotechnology, and the pharmaceutical sectors. Vicky has an impressive track record of both professional and leadership contributions winning multiple President's Clubs and J&J distinguished leadership awards. She has been consecutively recognized through the "Amazing Women of Janssen" program for the last four years. She has partnered with DePuy Synthes to develop the first-ever Bridge to Employment STEM program and summer engineering job shadowing program for high school seniors.

Vicky is a chapter lead for both the Global Alliance for Diverse Abilities and the WLI and advocates for all Employee Resource Groups. Her passion for ERG's has led her to be involved in 3 stretch assignments over the years to help employees gain awareness and to increase involvement. Vicky is on the National Culture Team, DEI, and health of wellness pillars. One of her career's greatest personal development journeys was going through the Human Performance Institute course. She continues to immerse herself in additional J&J Learn Well-being courses to gain insight into ways to inspire, motivate, and encourage others.

Chapter Vice President
Kim earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition Food & Exercise Science from Virginia Tech in 2000. She began her career in Pulmonary Rehabilitation, where she worked directly with lung disease patients to customize treatment and established the hospital's educational seminar series on C.O.P.D.-related issues. After a short leave of absence to raise her children, Kim returned to the healthcare industry in 2018 with Syneos Health Solutions. This allowed her to expand her marketing and sales success and reignite her passion for the industry. Kim's subsequent endeavor was with Johnson & Johnson, and due to her extensive network and relationships in this region, she was tasked with leading Biosense Webster's marketing, sales, and facilitation efforts in business development. Kim co-founded SOLICUR, a skincare supplement, under ACT Pharmaceuticals in 2022, a new wellness brand committed to providing people with premium health products to complement and enhance their lifestyles, physical health, and life expectancy.

Chapter Operations Director
Eileen Cook has deep expertise in customer insights and strategy. In her 10+ years with AbbVie, she has brought the voice of the patient to teams across Discovery, Development, and Commercial to elevate their unmet needs. Currently, she is responsible for Patient Experience Strategy & Support for the international (OUS) commercial team.

Eileen is passionate about Women's Health and empowering women to advocate for high-quality care. She has an MBA from the University of Central Florida and a bachelor's degree in communications from Arcadia University.

When Eileen is not working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband, reading, and exploring the beaches of South Florida. She also volunteers with the Girl Scouts Jupiter Service Unit (part of the Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida) and is a leader for her daughter's troop.

Director at Large, Programming
Monica has over 15+ years of experience in engineering and manufacturing in regulated Medical Device Industries (FDA), Department of Defense (DoD), and Aerospace (FAA). She is originally from Colombia and has a degree in Industrial Engineering and two master's degrees in Engineering Management and Organizational Leadership.

Monica is currently a Robotics Lifecycle Manager at Johnson & Johnson, where she plays a crucial role in ensuring that products remain compliant, competitive, and profitable through their lifecycles. She works with cross-functional areas and manages multiple projects for the platform, ensuring that the company achieves sustained success in the marketplace.

Monica is passionate about supporting the community, she has volunteered and supported organizations such L'Arche Homefires for people with disabilities, Best Buddies International, by coordinating activities with the Nova Scotia chapter in Canada, Volunteer at Dress for Success, currently being the Co-leader for the Credo at JnJ for the PBG Chapter, along with the Hispanic Organization for leadership and Achievement (HOLA) and the Sponsor for the Bridge to Employment program for PBG.

Marquita Smith
Director at Large, Marketing and Communications
Marquita Smith is a Biologics Sales Leader for AstraZeneca in South FL. She has 20 years of industry experience with various companies in diverse therapeutic areas. Marquita is a core lead for the AstraZeneca Biologics Women in Leadership Team, Lead for the Women of Color workstream in the Network of Women Business Resource Group, leads the Beacon of Belonging Diversity Team within Respiratory Biologics, and is a member of the Power of Diversity Field Leadership Team.

For Marquita, having participated in both sides of the mentee/mentor relationship, mentorship is an opportunity for growth, not only for the mentee, but for the mentor as well. "A mentor is someone who allows you to see the hope inside yourself."-Oprah Winfrey

When Marquita is not working, she enjoys coaching basketball and spending time with her family at their various sporting events.
