HBA Orange County Introduces New VP: Sandra O’Donald

HBA Orange County is thrilled to announce our new Vice President, Sandra O’Donald. As the Senior Vice President of Business Operations at Oncocyte, Sandra’s extensive experience in leadership and project management will be invaluable assets in her new role.

Over the past year, Sandra has demonstrated her dedication to HBA OC by actively volunteering with our Programming committee, helping to plan engaging events and spearheading the chapter’s first kayaking adventure.

In her new role, Sandra will lead engagement with our Advisory Board, which will include recruitment of new advisors, strategic planning, and helping drive growth initiatives for the chapter. She will also support the chapter’s functional directors in their leadership roles and professional development, acting as a mentor and coach. In addition to cultivating relationships with local healthcare organizations and corporate partners, she will be the primary liaison with the regional treasurer, ensuring chapter P&L and financials are well managed, reported, and understood. 

Known for her positive mindset and adept problem-solving abilities, Sandra's contributions have consistently inspired those around her. We are excited to see the positive impact she will continue to make within HBA OC as Vice President.
