HBA Central New Jersey: Making the Most Out of Your ERG for Business and Career Success

On Wednesday, 25 October, 2023, HBA Central New Jersey hosted an in-person “Making the Most Out of Your Employee Resource Group for Business and Career Success” even and had an impactful, educational, and fun-filled evening! Special thanks to our amazing moderator Nikki Jones (HBA’s Chief People and DEI Officer) and panelists Erin Desmet (Director, Oncology Strategic Programs, Johnson & Johnson), Annie Harris (Executive Director, Technology Enablement, Labcorp), and Gurpreet Kaur (Chief Information Officer, Integra Life Sciences). Attendees were able to expand their connections through the networking session, gain valuable insights on leveraging ERGs for our community and careers, and connect with the panelists at the Q&A session. We all left feeling inspired and ready to take on the next steps in our careers. We hope everyone now feels motivated to leverage their ERGs for career advancement!
