2024 HBA Woman of the Year, Honorable Mentor, and STAR Nominations Now Open
As the HBA continues to Power the Possibilities, we are seeking submissions for our prestigious annual awards that recognize and showcase exceptional women and men who are influencing and accelerating equity in the healthcare ecosystem.
Given the high-profile legacy associated with these honors, the HBA continues its commitment to celebrating individuals with these three annual awards:
- HBA Woman of the Year – An executive leader who has made extraordinary contributions to the healthcare ecosystem and been a stellar advocate for workplace equitable practices.
- HBA Honorable Mentor – A male ally who has demonstrated a long-term commitment to advancing, mentoring, and promoting women in the industry, and is supportive of HBA’s mission.
- HBA STAR – A tenured HBA volunteer who has made significant contributions impacting the growth, stature, and footprint of our United Force for Change community.
True to tradition, the 2024 honorees will be recognized in May 2024 in New York City. This year’s celebration sold out in 33 days, and with a virtual audience, the celebration reached 3,200 industry leaders representing more than 284 companies from 20 countries.
Honorees will be notified in December and a public announcement will be made in January at a special reception during the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference in San Francisco.
Please note that there is a nominal fee of $500/€458 for the Woman of the Year award and the Honorable Mentor award.
As a United Force for Change, the HBA is proud to continue this legacy program recognizing influential and exceptional industry leaders. Together, we are Powering the Possibilities and driving impactful change for women in our workforce!
