Announcing the 2023 HBA Central New Jersey Chapter Board of Directors
We are excited to announce the members of the HBA Central New Jersey (CNJ) 2023 Chapter Board of Directors:
President: Juliet Hart
Previously, Juliet was the HBA CNJ Vice President. As President, she will further expand the chapter’s work and influence. Juliet owns her own consulting practice, Hart & Chin Associates, and specializes in leadership development consulting for scientists and their organizations.
Vice President: Stephanie Stevens
Stephanie was previously HBA CNJ’s Membership and Volunteering Director at Large. She is the Director of Strategy and Operations Worldwide Customer Capabilities at Bristol Myers Squibb.
Operations Director at Large: Sharon List
Sharon was previously HBA CNJ's Marketing Director at Large. She is a certified Executive Coach and the founder of All Inclusive You, a company designed to help others achieve work/life success.
Membership and Volunteering Director at Large: Leia Akre
Previously a champion of a Johnson & Johnson HBA Ambassador cohort, Leia is volunteering on the HBA CNJ Chapter Board of Directors for the first time. She is the Director of External Quality Operational Excellence at Janssen.
Programming Director at Large: Beth McGhee
Beth was previously HBA CNJ’s Programming Chief of Staff. She is the Vice President, Business Lead at Health Interactions.
HBA CNJ’s Programming Chief of Staff, Stephanie Hondorp, supports Beth. Stephanie is a Site Activation Partner, Pfizer FSP, at Syneos Health.
Marketing Director at Large: Lisa Yates
Lisa was previously HBA CNJ’s Programming Director at Large. She is the Director of Drug Product & Bio Drug Substance Development, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement at Bristol Myers Squibb.
Quinnie Wong is serving as Lead, Event Promotion Committee, and supports Lisa. Quinnie is the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy for the Global Sciences and Business Innovation Office and
Enterprise DE&I Communications
at Pfizer.
The HBA Central New Jersey Chapter Board of Directors is planning a wide range of programs this year aligned with the theme: “Taking Action: For Our Organizations, Our Communities, and Ourselves.” Stay tuned for upcoming events.
We also want to thank Bahar Demirdirek, our 2021-2022 Chapter President, for her leadership, dedication, and inspiration. Her vision and partnership over many years were instrumental to forging our chapter’s current excellence in programming and operations. Most notably, before the COVID-19 pandemic, she was consistently known for hosting in-person educational events with over 200 people in attendance.
