HBA Houston – Leadership Roundtables: A Window Into Your Future

On Tuesday, 12 July 2022, HBA Houston had the honor of hosting its sixth signature Leadership Roundtable event at McCormick & Schmick’s Uptown Park. HBA Houston attendees had the opportunity to connect and engage in round-robin table discussions featuring a dynamic selection of healthcare and pharmaceutical industry leaders.

More than 50 HBA Houston members and non-members participated in this sold-out HBA Houston signature event to enjoy an evening of interaction and head-to-head networking with our six speakers and other event attendees. This was an exciting evening that provided all attendees an incredible opportunity to discuss and learn about the trajectory of our leaders’ professional careers. 
 


 

Each spoke with candor and openness as they shared their journey on how they managed their careers, developed their strengths and consistently pursued personal excellence to become great achievers. Through personal stories — often expressed with humor — each speaker captivated the audience with professional development strategies and valuable insights towards their own professional growth. 
 



Our chapter’s success could not be accomplished without our dedicated volunteers. Thank you to our moderators, Maime Ballard, Emily Hobaugh, Sonali Pandhe, Shandy Reed, Adriana Sanchez, and Jordan Wilson and our event volunteers, Jenny Frantz, Rosa Huisenfeldt, Jessica Loredo, and Jacqueline Farr for their many contributions to make this event a huge success.
 



At this event, HBA Houston also had the opportunity to recognize other HBA members for their contributions. The HBA Honored Volunteer award was presented to Jordan Wilson, Clinical Account Manager, Hologic, Inc. for leading and ensuring the success of this event.
