HBA Paris Announces Marsha Ganthier as President
HBA Paris is pleased to announce Marsha Ganthier as the new chapter President. With over 10 years in the healthcare industry, she brings a wealth of experience to the position. Her passion for developing young leaders, as well as her work in DE&I initiatives, make her the ideal candidate for the role.
Marsha has been an active member of the HBA since 2015, and in 2020, she became the Programming Director at Large (DAL) for HBA Paris. In her programming director role, she hit the ground running and recruited and trained a new committee. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, she organised numerous successful educational events and networking events throughout the last two years.
Marsha received the HBA Honored Volunteer award in 2021 for her invaluable commitment and contribution to the board. She continually inspires the HBA Paris programming team with her positive energy and can-do attitude.
In her new role, Marsha will collaborate with the chapter board to set and align the chapter’s vision and strategic initiatives within the HBA. She will liaise with the regional leadership team to ensure alignment with the HBA mission and strategy. She will also oversee the creation of the chapter’s strategic and annual plan, establish priorities and culture for the board, champion growth initiatives, and mentor and support functional DALs in their leadership roles and professional development.

I am thrilled to be elected as the President of HBA Paris. In this new role, I look forward to continuing our work of progressing gender parity in leadership positions and furthering the advancement and impact of women in the business of healthcare.”
Marsha has worked at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, Johnson & Johnson, and most recently GSK. A New Jersey native, Marsha’s career has allowed her to live and work abroad and brought her to France in 2017. Marsha holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. In her spare time, Marsha enjoys drawing, playing tennis and is a culinary enthusiast who enjoys travelling to explore different cultures through food. She is of Haitian descent is fluent in French and is based in Paris.
