Message from the Regional Chair, Q1 2022

As we kick off 2022, I am honored to take on the role of the HBA New England Regional Chair. I want to thank Sara Misch and the rest of the outgoing regional executive committee for their leadership over the last two years, as their efforts have set us up for success in the years to come.

Vision for 2022 and Beyond
2022 is an exciting year for the HBA as we begin with a new vision for the organization: The Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association is the global leader in gender equality¹—advancing women in healthcare into positions of influence and decision making to improve health equity² and health outcomes. Our regional goals were developed in alignment with this vision, and through the year we will strive to bring more engagement opportunities to reflect this.
 
In addition, one of my personal goals this year is to communicate regularly in regards to the evolution of the HBA while highlighting volunteers and events.
