Why did you join the HBA?
To strengthen skills that I don’t regularly exercise during my daily 9 to 5 work week and for the incredible networking opportunities.
What are your interests outside of work and the HBA?
- Baking – my favorites are Lemon Ricotta Cookies, Amaretti, and Apple Rose Cake
- Playing “Avengers” with my two sons, Roman (4) and Victor (2)
- Philadelphia Flyers Hockey
What or who inspires you?
My mother, Majella Macolino. She has been an incredible influence on my life and has always supported, encouraged, and challenged me to reach my goals and go above and beyond the call of duty. My mom has shaped the person I am today as a wife, mother, daughter, sister, cousin, and colleague.
Fun fact about you?
I love making homemade pizza on the grill and enjoy watching Marvel movies with my family.

What are you passionate about in your service with the HBA? In your career?
I love seeing the big picture for any given program, providing a positive experience for all parties, and meeting speakers who I would not have had an opportunity to engage with during my daily workweek or personal life. It’s exciting!
