HBA New England Executive Exchange Program Now Accepting Nominations for 2023

We are now accepting nominations for participants in the 2023 HBA New England Region’s Executive Exchange program. The Executive Exchange is a unique, selective program for executive women and men looking to advance their own careers and propel diverse talent to leadership positions in healthcare companies and boards.

This eight-month program will kickoff on Wednesday, 15 February 2023, and run through September 2023. The program is limited to C-Suite, SVP and VP level by nomination only and will host one event per month. Program events may consist of five roundtables, three large events (inclusive of all participants) and two optional networking events. Some of the roundtables may be virtual, but larger events will be held in-person in the Boston-Cambridge metro area.

Nomination Process and Timeline

  • Nomination submissions are being accepted now through 15 November 2022
  • Eligible participants are interviewed to understand program design and commitment between 15 November – 30 December 2022.
  • Nominees will be notified of their program status on or before 26 January 2023.
  • Accepted participants receive information to complete registration and pay program registration fee in January 2023.
  • Accepted participants will not exceed one per company per roundtable (unless all participants agree.)

Program Information:

  • Registration fee: $1,995 program fee + HBA membership fee (if you are not currently a member)
  • This is an HBA members-only program, and participants must be/become HBA members to participate.
  • The program will consist of mostly in-person events and meetings, held within the Boston-Cambridge area. A few small group meetings (roundtables) may be virtual.

NOTE: Accepted participants will have until 3 February 2023, to withdraw from the program and receive a full refund of their program fee only. If you are accepted into the program, elect to participate and are not already a HBA member, you must join the HBA prior to attending the program kickoff. HBA membership fees are non-refundable.
