HBA Orange County Welcomes New Programming Director to Board

HBA Orange County is pleased to welcome Annum Zhara to the Board of Directors as the new Programming Director at Large (DAL). Annum also serves on the Board of Directors for The Africa Project, supporting children in Nkandla, South Africa, who have been impacted by AIDS and extreme poverty. She is a member of HBA’s Women of Color affinity group, as well as the Delta Omega Honorary Society in Public Health.
