This survey explores how healthcare professionals — from students preparing to enter the field to senior leaders guiding large teams — view leadership today and what they believe will be required to lead effectively in the future. It examines the skills and behaviors valued most, the development opportunities that matter, and the organizational practices that support or hinder leadership growth and confidence.

As a thank you for your time and insights, everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a raffle to win one of three $50 Amazon gift cards. Participation in the raffle is optional and not required to complete the survey. If you would like to enter the raffle without completing the survey, please contact thinktank@hbanet.org.

This raffle is conducted in compliance with all applicable laws governing nonprofit organizations and is organized by the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), a 501(c)(6) nonprofit association.
- No Purchase Necessary: No payment or purchase is required to enter or win. Completing the survey is not required for raffle entry. Individuals may enter the raffle by emailing [thinktank@hbanet.org] with their full name, email address, and the subject line "HBA Think Tank Survey Raffle Entry."
- Eligibility: The raffle is open to legal residents worldwide, aged 18 or older, except where prohibited by local laws. Employees of the HBA and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- Entry Details: Participants can enter by completing the survey or following the alternative entry method outlined above. Only one entry per person is allowed.
- Prize Information: Three winners will each receive a $50 Amazon gift card. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- Winner Notification: Winners will be selected randomly and notified via the email provided. If a winner does not respond within 7 business days, an alternate winner may be selected.
- Void Where Prohibited: This raffle is void where prohibited by law.
