ThinkForward Talk #2 - The Data We Don’t Capture: What the Next Generation Needs from Healthcare Leadership Presenter: Sanjana Vadrevu, Director of Public Relations, TEDxMSU; Michigan State University - Bachelor's of Science in Human Biology, Minors in Bioethics and Plant, Animal, and Microbial Biotechnology As an early-career professional moving between inpatient rehabilitation, osteopathic medicine, chronic disease research, and life sciences strategy, I have learned that some of the most important “data points” in healthcare: fear, burnout, moral distress, curiosity, trust, never make it into our dashboards. In this ThinkForward Talk, I will share what my generation is quietly experiencing as we enter a field already shaped by a leadership capacity crisis: where innovation is expected, yet the human capacity to sustain it is thinning. I will explore how tomorrow’s leaders can pair hard analytics with intentional listening to build workplaces where emerging professionals do not just contribute, but we stay, grow, and lead.
