Announcing HBA’s Q2 Key Liaison Awardees

2023 Key Liaision Awardee

The HBA is proud to announce our Q2 honorees for the Key Liaison Awards:

Nicole Arndt
Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, Dynavax

Nicole and Dynavax are new to the HBA this year, but Nicole has already exceeded expectations!
She is engaged, has never missed a cadence call, and has jumped right on board to get things up and running for her staff.
To highlight just a few things, she has worked with our volunteers to get together a fantastic lunch & learn, has set up an HBA Teams channel for her staff, nominated a Rising Star, preordered a table (which she may even be giving up her own seat at to accommodate her Rising Star’s guests), and shown interest in multiple HBA Programs that she hopes Dynavax can implement/be a part of in the future. I am so happy to work with you Nicole, and cannot wait to see just how much more you’ll have accomplished by next year! – Amanda Cortinas, Corporate Partner Engagement Account Manager, HBA

Jeanine Koch
EVP, Project Management, AbelsonTaylor

"I am selecting Jeanine Koch as my Key Liaison Award winner for Q2 2023. She has empowered and engaged her HBA members in so many ways over the past year! She is so thoughtful with the way she manages the HBA relationship. She has innovated methods to ensure that each of her members receives the most value from their membership and AbelsonTaylor’s partnership. She has a deep understanding and passion for the advancement and empowerment of women and diverse groups, and it shows in the way that she leads her team and engages her team with HBA opportunities and beyond!  I am proud to work with Jeanine and the AbelsonTaylor team." – Gabrielle Todd, Corporate Partner Engagement Account Manager, HBA

Estelle Paysinger-Hill, PMP
Associate Director, Nonclinical Project Management, Sangamo Therapeutics, Inc.

“I have had the privilege of partnering with Estelle over the past two years and she has been a great example of leadership and commitment to personal and organizational growth. Estelle is an active volunteer with the HBA Women of Color affinity group and is often found leading thought-provoking and brave conversations on topics designed to ignite change within the healthcare industry. She is passionate about ensuring that the women of Sangamo are empowered and feel heard. Thank you, Estelle, for your dedication and for everything you have done to keep the HBA partnership strong, we value your partnership.” – Lanesha Whitefield, Corporate Partner Engagement Account Manager, HBA
