Danielle Moens is female leadership and networking coach at the Centre For Balanced Leadership www.cfbl.eu. She has extensive experience as a sales account manager and major accounts executive. Danielle experienced first-hand that being a great networker and building up an extended network was crucial in her career success, sales results and leadership development. She has developed the female empowerment program SHINE (Strategies Helping You into the Next level) with more than1500 female participants globally. She especially wants female leaders to become more at ease and confident at networking, so they can fully unlock their potential, be successful and get to the level they deserve to be. Danielle believes strongly in demystifying what networking is all about. She shares her knowledge and experience to the benefit of other women and companies. Danielle has an extensive network on LinkedIn (+3000 connections) and is a member of several network organizations in Europe. She is also the co-founder of 3 networks: WISE (Women in ICT), WISH (Women in Science and Healthcare) and SWITCH (Women in Engineering and Chemical Industry). She is a certified coach of the International Coach Federation.
Jerry Pico is currently the senior director, learning and development Europe, Daiichi Sankyo Europe, where he is responsible for leading a team to design and implement a learning portfolio, leadership and top talent development programs and talent management processes to support a values-driven culture change for all employees. Prior to this current role, Jerry more than 20 years of professional experience designing and implementing both regional and global leadership, culture change and diversity and inclusion projects for leading companies in the technology, financial and professional services, life sciences, retail (FMCG) and manufacturing sectors including Allianz, Google, Wells Fargo, Swarovski and Ernst & Young. Jerry lives in Munich with his wife and 10-year-old son. Growing up in Brooklyn, NY and living for 20 years in San Francisco, CA, he has a deep appreciation for diverse peoples and cultures and brings that passionate appreciation to his work.
