The HBA SPRINT Program is an accelerated leadership program for high-potential women from underrepresented and/or underestimated groups who have ambition for fast-tracking their careers. The SPRINT Program sponsors help ensure that we are able to provide high-potential talent with exceptional experiences that support the rise of businesswomen in healthcare.
