As an HBA member, you are part of a community of professionals committed to helping each other learn and advance in today’s competitive environment. Through Regional Chapter participation, HBA membership:
- Provides young professionals with the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues during the HBA CONNECTIONS Mentoring Program
- Jumpstarts the careers of industry newcomers with Pathways, an HBA forum for learning the ropes from seasoned colleagues
- Allows senior industry executives to explore leading practices and tackle challenges with other women at the HBA Executive Roundtables and breakfast events
- Encourages members to explore special interests with HBA affinity groups such as Women in Science and the Technology Network
