Leadership Institute

The annual HBA Leadership Institute prepares current and incoming Chapter/Affiliate board members for the coming year of leadership service in their critical volunteer roles. The gathering of leaders from around the world takes place the day prior to the annual Leadership Conference. The Institute curriculum includes a full day of knowledge sharing and training designed to address the essentials needed for effective board leadership and enhance your professional and person leadership acumen.
