Volunteer Committees

Committee work shape the direction of the HBA and provides volunteers with opportunities to gain in-depth knowledge and skills development while honing leadership capabilities essential for professional growth.

The HBA encourages members to sharpen current skills and gain new expertise by volunteering on a variety of committee opportunities. This very rewarding work also can put volunteers on the track to positions on the HBA Board of Directors.  Most importantly, involvement on a volunteer committee can provide the foundation for solid, long-lasting professional relationships and friendships.
